Elemental+8.58% DPS
When simulating for light AoE DPS potential, with small waves of adds, Elemental Shamans averaged 8.58% more DPS than Enhancement Shamans (+763K DPS).
Enhancement+0.53% DPS
When upgrading the gear for both specs by +39 ilvl, Enhancement Shaman DPS improved the most, +0.53% more than Elemental Shaman. In total, Enhancement Shamans DPS increased by 67.56% and Elemental Shamans by 67.03%.
