DPS Rotation & Cooldowns

This rotation offers a general priority list for Feral Druid abilities, along with key cooldowns at the bottom. It's based on a standard build and is here to help while we work on a smarter, build-aware system. Updated for the latest patch in World of Warcraft: The War Within (11.1).

Single Target

Ensure Prowl is active before combat begins.

Use with Apex Predators Craving proc.
Use on cooldown at 5 Combo Points or 30 Energy below cap.
Apply with 5 Combo Points if not active or expiring within 7 sec.
Apply if not active or expiring within 5 sec.
Apply if not active or expiring within 5 sec.
Use on cooldown.
Use on cooldown at 0-1 Combo Points.
Use on cooldown, align with Tigers Fury.
Use with Tigers Fury active and low Combo Points.
Use with 5 Combo Points and Rip has >7 sec remaining.
Use if close to 3 charges.
Apply if not active or expiring within 5 sec.
Use to generate Combo Points.

Maintain Rip and Rake with Tigers Fury and Bloodtalons active. Use Ferocious Bite for excess Combo Points and prioritize Adaptive Swarm and Feral Frenzy on cooldown.

AoE

Use with 5 Combo Points to apply Rip to all targets.
Use with 5 Combo Points or Apex Predators Craving proc.
Use on targets with less than 3 stacks.
Use on cooldown while 70 Energy below cap.
Use on cooldown with Tigers Fury.
Use at 0-1 Combo Points.
Use during Tigers Fury with Rip active on all targets.
Apply if not active or expiring within 5 sec.
Cycle between targets to maintain.
Use if close to 3 charges.
Cycle between targets to maintain.
Use to generate Combo Points.

In AoE, prioritize Primal Wrath to spread Rip, followed by Ferocious Bite for excess Combo Points. Maintain Rake and Thrash on all targets and use Adaptive Swarm strategically.

Cooldowns

Use on cooldown for burst damage and resource generation.
Use every 30 sec for Energy and damage boost.
Pair with Berserk and Tigers Fury for maximum burst.
Use at low Combo Points for quick generation.

Use Berserk and Tigers Fury on cooldown for burst phases. Pair Convoke The Spirits with other cooldowns for maximum impact, and use Feral Frenzy to quickly generate Combo Points.
